Outline
Work from home as a Remote Loan Officer. We pay your Company or newly formed Company via a 1099. We do not split commissions and your Company will receive 100% of the Lender/Borrower paid compensation.

Program
Fees
We charge a flat monthly fee of $795 to be a part of our Program and for the services outlined in section 03. We do charge a $295 quality control fee to the Borrower. Full processing is available at a cost of $1095 per file (may be charged to the borrower). Seasoned Loan Officers are able to process their own files.

Team
You will have the Opportunity to build a Team under our Remote LO Program. You will be paid $100 monthly and $50 per closed loan for every Member under your Team.
